Please note that as long as the consultant is not engaging in cross-sponsoring, there is no problem with them still promoting a different company.
Please see below for our definition of cross-sponsoring based on our Policies and Procedures:
"5.4 - Cross Sponsoring Actual or attempted cross-group sponsoring is strictly prohibited. “Cross-group sponsoring” is defined as the enrollment, indirect or otherwise, of an individual or entity that already has a current customer number or Independent Lifestyle Consultant Agreement on file with MWR Life, or who has had such an agreement within the preceding six (6) calendar months. The use of a spouse’s or relative’s name, trade names, DBAs, assumed names, corporations, partnerships, trusts, Federal Tax Identification Numbers or fictitious identification numbers to circumvent this policy is prohibited. This policy shall not prohibit the transfer of an MWR Life business in accordance with the “Sale, Transfer or Assignment of MWR Life Business” section of these Policies and Procedures."
"If you use a social networking website to market MWR Life, you must identify yourself as a MWR Life Independent Lifestyle Consultant and not represent yourself as an official representative or employee of MWR Life. If you participate in any network marketing company other than MWR Life, you may not advertise both MWR Life and the other network marketing opportunity on the same social networking profile. MWR Life considers advertising other network marketing opportunities to your network of MWR Life contacts contained in a list of social networking contacts to constitute improper solicitation and cross-sponsoring. MWR Life maintains its own social networking profiles that permit our Lifestyle Consultants to join pages created by MWR Life Corporate to effectively communicate with the MWR Life Community. You may not, however, create your own groups and pages using the MWR Life name, trademarks, logos or brands."
