Order process

Once in the mall, you can search by a keyword on the search bar, by category, or by gender, as signaled in the screenshot below: 

Once results for a search you've made, come up, you can select the item you want, as shown below: 

Check the price, item size, quantity, and if you are ready to add this to your cart, click on the button "ADD TO CART":

When you add an item to your cart, you can see the number of items that is in the cart on the top right corner of the page, next to the search bar. You can click on the cart icon, and it will give you the option to proceed to checkout or simply view the cart: 

In the checkout page, you will complete the shipping address details: 

Select the payment information: if you want to use Loyalty Points or Travel Credits for your payment, you can select them here. If you need to add a new card, click on the option on the right.

At the bottom of the page, below the order summary, you have the terms and conditions of the mall and the site, which you should read before proceeding with the purchase. 

Once you have read them, click on the box in front of the agreement, and on the captcha. Then, if you are ready to order, click on "Place Order"; if you need more time, or would like to wait, click on Back To Cart on the right: 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you've placed your order, and you will be able to see the placed order under Account > Lifestyle Mall > Orders:

If instead you clicked on BACK TO CART, you'll be taken to your cart. If you want to remove an item, click on Remove:
