RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns of any product are allowed within 14 days from the date the customer received their order. In the event that a customer returns an order due to a change of mind or because a wrong size/product was placed, he/she will be responsible and bear all returned shipping and related costs. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be deduced from their total refund amount. However, if a return is due to an error on our part - such as shipping a wrong product/size or if the product arrived damaged - we will pay for the return shipment and the restocking fee will be waived.
To initiate a return, we ask that you send us an email at member@traveladvantage.com.
The email must include the following:
- A receipt of purchase
- Your member ID number
- Your first and last name
- Your Order Number
- The date of product purchase
- The item to be returned
- Reason for return
- Photographic evidence of defect (if product arrived defective)
Once this email is received by one of our customer support representatives, we will send you a follow-up email indicating where to send your return product(s) to as they may need to be shipped back to different warehouses. We ask that all return packages be sent with a tracking number as it is your responsibility to ensure the product(s) being returned arrive at the appropriate warehouse locations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be tagged in the original packaging and undamaged. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
