How to activate the eWallet Card

To activate the card please log in to your i-Payout account, click on the Prepaid Card icon:

Then click on the "Activate" button:

. . . and last, enter the full card number, date of birth and PIN you’d like to set for prepaid card, then re-enter it one more time and click confirm. Note: Date of birth should be entered as mm/dd/year.

Also, if the card was sent to the wrong address, the customer has the right to one free replacement card.

The new address has to be sent to iPayout in the following format:

Street Address
Street Address 2
City
State
Country
Zip Code

For replacement cards after the first free replacement, the cost is $7.95 USD. This cost can be taken from funds in the iPayout account or it can be charged by us from their card on file. For either, we need their authorization. 

For forgotten PINs: There are two types of PINs: 

1. Their online account PIN, for this they can email us and we can assist them in resetting it.

2. Their card PIN, for this they need to contact iPayout directly.
