On your left you will see a list of filters, starting with Category; you can select different filters, and click on Update to apply those filters to your search.
If you no longer wish to use these filters, click on Reset.
You can also sort results as you wish, by clicking on the desired sorting option on top of the results. This has been highlighted in yellow in the example shown below:
