1. Go to https://www.ryanair.com/
2. Click on Self-Service Hub on the top right corner of the page or go directly to https://www.ryanair.com/us/en/self-service-hub
3. Click on My Bookings:
4. Select the "No Account" option and enter your booking's PNR and e-mail (if it doesn't pull it up with your e-mail, please contact support).
Note for support team :
1. If the booking is made through mystifly, the email to use should be the member's one. Only if it does not work, we can contact Mystifly.
2. Regarding PK fare's bookings, once we receive their email, we can use the method above and try to log in using the email address they provided us with via email.
If this is not working, you can also try frtigerxnkl@163.com as an alternative. This is for a lot of cases, the email that the supplier added while making the booking, i.e. the email was used for hundreds of bookings as the travel agent will use it to receive the notice from the airline.) If none of the emails works, please contact PK fare.
Please make sure to try the credentials BEFORE sending the email to the member.
3. If the members are using their phone to access their bookings, they won't be able to find the Self Service Hub option using the browser only, in that case, the solution is to download Ryanair's app, and from there they will have the option to access their booking with the 'no account' section, using the PNR and the email address only.
