1. Once you're in the app, login using the same credentials you use for the biz center:
2. Once logged in, if it's the first time you login, you will have to go through the access allowance for the app:
3. Once done with the 5 steps of access allowance, you will see 6 main sections on the app, as well as a blue button labeled My Dashboard, and an icon with 3 horizontal lines on the header of the app, next to the word "Home":
4. If you click on the 3 horizontal lines icon, you will see a list of options show up under your name, ID #, and URL: My Profile, Biz Center, Messages, Settings, About, Contact Us, User Tour, and Logout.
My Profile will show you your basic account info. Biz Center will take you to your back office. Settings will allow you to select the language and other app related settings. About will give you the app's version info. Contact Us will allow you to email the support team. User Tour will give you a tutorial on the app, and logout will allow you to go back to the app's sign in page. At the bottom of these options you will see the currently selected language.
5. Click on Settings to change the language, and notification alerts for the app:
6. Going back to the home page, if you click on Prospector, you'll be able to manually add contacts, or sync them from your phone's contacts list:
7. Once you have your contacts added, if you click on any one of them, and click on their photo, or space where the photo goes, it will give you the option to sort that contact; you will also see options at the bottom: Guest Pass, Mobile App, Enrollment:
Guest Pass will open this page to send the person a guest pass:
when clicking on Share Guest Pass, it will ask you how you'd like to share it:
Mobile App will ask you how you'd like to share it, and an invitation with instructions will be sent to the contact, so they can access the app as a guest:
Enroll will allow you to send an invite to the member:
8. The Enrollment option from the Home page, will allow you to go directly to your enrollment page for any of the options shown below:
9. The Websites button from the home page, will take you to a list of all of our sites, where you can click on them and access them:
10. My Dashboard will give you an overview of where you stand in the business opportunity, as well as your Loyalty Dollars, etc:
11. The Media Library option allows you to access videos, documents and notifications with important business and service related info.
12. The MWR Academy option allows you to access the academy directly.
13. The Book Travel option will redirect you to the travel portal.
